Update - Activities are booked in!

The first wave of activities for the Commit To Get Fit 2014 have been booked!

There's quite a variety on the list so far - with everyone signed up to at least one activity over the month and some doing loads!

The full list of booked events so far:

Week 1:

  • Boundary Walk – Wednesday 30th 12.05pm – x11 people

Week 2:

  • Back Care – Tuesday 6th 1.15-1.45pm – Sarah
  • Feldenkrais – Thursday 8th 1-2pm– Dorothy, Sarah
  • Talk with Tom - Thursday 8th 1.10-1.50pm – Chrystelle
  • Trampolining – Friday 9th 12.45-1.45pm – Dorothy, Oonagh, Naomi

Week 3:

  • Frisbee – Monday 12th 12-1pm – Naomi
  • Massage – Tuesday 13th  – Chrystelle 11.30am, Justine 2pm
  • Running – Tuesday 13th 12-1pm – Chrystelle
  • Mindfulness – Wednesday 14th 1.15-1.45pm – Chrystelle
  • Archery – Thursday 15th 12.30-1.30pm – Sarah, Sinead, Matt, Naomi
  • Food Talk – Thursday 15th 1.15-1.45pm – Chrystelle
  • Fencing – Friday 16th 1-2pm – Naomi, Matt

Week 4:

  • Trapeze – Tuesday 20th  2-3pm – Naomi, Matt
  • Mindfulness – Wednesday 21st 1.15-1.45pm – Sally
  • Archery – Thursday 22nd 12.30-1.30pm – Sarah, Sinead, Matt, Naomi
  • Morris – Friday 23rd 3-4pm – Matt

Week 5:

  • Fencing – Friday 30th 1-2pm – Naomi, Matt
